Smoking is a problem itself. There’re so many reason why people smoke. For example, stress is a cause some people smoke as a means of escaping from their stress. Peer pressure is a cause of smoking although you might not want to smoke you might be pressured by friends to smoke because you are around them. Finally, Addiction is a cause of smoking people continue to smoke because they’ve been doing it for so long and it’s a habit and their bodies are so accustomed to the nicotine. Now we know smoking is a problem the causes are stress, pressure, and addiction is the cause. Smoking is a problem and when people smoke it helps them relief stress. But some people don’t realize that smoking can be causes as stress. Many people believe that smoking is a great way to calm the body and the mind, but some don’t realize that it can be nicotine is a mood-altering drug, and therefor some people don’t know that. Well stress can be a caused by anything from major life event to daily that add up over time. Even happy events, like holidays with family or a pregnancy, can be stressful. The causes are different for each person. Knowing your specific stressors is an important step in finding ways to deal with them. Sadly, some people still don’t believe stress-smoking s a problem.
